IngotImaging was founded in 2009 when Jp Dowling tried to take photos of his father at the 2009 Warda Race and decided to turn it into a business. Five years and 40+ events later, IngotImaging is the official photography provider for the TMBRA Texas State XC Mountain Bike Championships. IngotImaging was founded on the idea that photos of an event with hundreds of participants didn't have to look like they were taken by a monkey with a camera, but could instead be created with proper technique and care. Photos from IngotImaging shouldn't look like cheap shots, but like magazine covers and wall posters. "Quality over quantity" is both Jp's personal mantra and that of the business. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your event photos, please give him an email via the Contact Us page.

While our focus is on selling photos directly to event participants, commercial licensing is available for all race photos for any interested teams and sponsors. One of our photos was featured in this year's Pivot Cycles catalog, showcasing Macky Franklin and the Pivot LES.

In his off time, Jp is a full-time student at the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, and coordinates student involvement with the nonprofit Houston Furniture Bank.
